When treatment is complete, all bills are sent to auto insurance or law firms involved and payments for the services are paid directly by those entities. For patients involved in accidents that were found to be at-fault or the driver who caused the accident was uninsured, we do bill your auto insurances MedPay or PIP on your behalf if you have coverage which allows you to get the treatment you need and your auto insurance will pay the bill with no hit to your premiums. Your premiums will rise following an accident if you were found at-fault but the auto insurance cannot raise your rates beyond that for simply using your MedPay or PIP since these are additional forms of protection you signed up for when agreeing to your current policy.

We first analyze your paperwork to familiarize ourselves with your case before consulting with you about your condition(s) in order to find how best to proceed. We usually require minimal dosage X-rays in order to determine the cause, condition and position of the bones in the spine and extremities to best determine if we can help, how safe it is to adjust and which direction do we need to move these joints in order to achieve our goals. Patients are then placed on any necessary therapies prior to having X-rays reviewed by the doctor. Once safety and personal comfort levels are addressed, adjustments are rendered on the initial visit as we are a compassionate group and want to help ease your pain level as swiftly as possible so long as it falls within our safety parameters. Following your treatment, our staff will answer any questions you may have and inform you of what to expect your next visit based on whether you are a health insurance case, self-pay/cash case or a personal injury/workers’ comp case.

Once the doctor and patient are in agreement as to how best to proceed, we adjust all involved areas to offer the greatest possible outcome. It’s important to remember that most of the conditions we treat developed over time, often months to years, so it can take multiple treatments before a significant amount of relief comes your way.
